  Usually takes a while to see someone about repairs so I set up an appointment online. I get there and they couldn't find my appointment so I had to wait in line anyways. The one technician they have seems to be a pretty decent guy. He's friendly enough and will typically take the time to listen to you about what's up with your phone. Although, I would say he's probably overworked. On occasion they will take all day to resolve an issue. This visit was a 3 hour turn around which I was psyched about. I wasn't without my phone all day and they resolved the issue so it was a win/win. The rest of the staff, however, could use some customer service classes. They stand around and talk, or are on their phones all the time. You have to interupt them to get any service. Also, the store itself has declined in the last couple years. They do not carry a large variety of phones or accessories anymore. I asked about a new case for my phone and was told to shop Amazon since it wasn't a newer model. I'd go somewhere else but they are the only store in town for repairs.
