As soon as I walk in the lady is staring me down and instantly has an attitude. Without even looking twice she says I don't believe it's real! Mind you original paperwork everything is on hand. Next she test the diamonds all real. She goes on to say she's not interested. OKAY COOL NO BIG DEAL! I'm packing my watch up and she's literally kicking me out?!! What kind of buisnesss is that even her own co worker was shaking his head! We tell her if we offended her? & she threatens to call the police ? For no reason besides the fact that I am a Hispanic male with chains & she probably assumed I was some sort of thief trying to make a come up. Will never recommend this to anyone seriously I've never been treated so poorly at any business like I did here. Truley disappointed! 0 stars if I could.
